Novenas - Parish Projects


A novena is generally 9 consecutive days of prayer or prayers once a week for 9 consecutive weeks. Usually novenas are prayed for a particular intention or to obtain a special grace. Some novenas such as "Our Lady of Perpetual Help" are open to everyone and are prayed weekly in church, often on a weeknight.
